Do you struggle with time management? Here’s a way to manage and prioritize your precious time. Stephen Covey, writer of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People talks about this.

Stephen suggests focusing on Quadrant 2. These are things that are deeply important to you, the things that probably don’t involve your day-to-day work but that would benefit you long-term. What one thing could you do daily that would benefit your life drastically?

Everything in Quadrant 3 seems urgent, but is fundamentally unimportant in the bigger scheme of things. Everything in Quadrant 4 ends up being total time wasters.

What does all this mean? Let’s not confuse something being urgent with something that’s important.
