How does one show up in day-to-day life, business and relationship?

How does one show up in day-to-day life, business and relationship?

Here are six core values we like to live by:

HONESTY

Be up front with where you’re at in any form of relationship. Who doesn’t appreciate honesty? Most importantly, be honest with yourself.

IMPERFECTION

Perfection is unattainable, unrealistic and not to mention plain boring. Find celebration in your flaws. And don’t call them flaws.

LOVE

Did you know that love is a verb? We have been defining the word in the wrong way this whole time! In order to love, you have to actively do it. And practice it, over and over again.

SUBSTANCE

Everything good and bad in our lives has brought us to where we are now, and that has significance. Say something interesting. Lose the small talk. Try to understand people. Don’t have anything to say? Then listen. Capitalize on the unique story you have and share it with others. You might just make a real connection.

PLAYFULNESS

When we grow up, we forget to play. Did you know that being playful stimulates creativity? But don’t play because it stimulates creativity, play to play. Be silly, laugh, find the joy in things. Keep reminding yourself to stop taking life so seriously.

CONNECTION

Connection is powerful. Whether you like it or not, as humans, we are wired so that our well being depends on the connections with others. We believe all connections are genuine. A connection is a connection. A connection sometimes can’t be explained, it’s just a feeling and a knowing. There’s a reason why kids and animals make their own unique connections too.

What else do you think is important in how you show up in day-to-day life, business and relationship?
